Apollo isn't sure that he deserves everything that has happened to him throughout his life. With Blaise expecting more than Apollo can give and his brother gaining Daphne's attention, he cannot believe that the world is broken and he's now volunteered to take on Katherine Avery. Sure, he has Charles to help, but he's too young to be in charge of anyone, and he's quite convinced that Christian would have been better at it. Except Christian isn't with him and he doesn't know what's happened to his parents.
